Team Mode

Team Mode is available on Pro, Business, and Custom subscription plans.

Team Mode is the collaborative side of AuditAgent. It lets a team owner add members, share scan access across an organisation, and track scan activity from one dashboard.

What Team Mode does

  • Owners add and remove team members from a single dashboard.
  • Team members initiate scans and view results.
  • Scan history is shared across the team.
  • Team members can generate API keys for CI integration on plans that support it.

How scanning works in Team Mode

Credits are shared across the entire team. Any member can trigger a scan, and the cost comes off the same shared balance. There is no owner approval step, scanning is self-serve.

Only the owner can manage billing. The owner is the only person on the team with access to Stripe and payment settings. For how to keep members unblocked when credits run low, see Billing and auto-topup on the owner page.

Roles

Every team has exactly one owner, the person who created the team. All other members are team members with the same set of capabilities (scans, results, API keys, dashboard access).

Owner model

Ownership cannot be transferred, and a team cannot have more than one owner. If this is a constraint for your organisation, raise it with sales during onboarding.

Team size limits

  • Pro Plan. Up to 3 team members.
  • Business Plan. Up to 10 team members.
  • Custom Plan. Custom team size.
